The India Homes Portfolio is a collection pre-designed Vaastu homes.
The main inspiration for this collection is to serve the ever growing interest in Vaastu Science throughout the world today and especially in India. Our aim is to make a true Vaastu house design available at an affordable price. The charge for a fully compliant Vaastu house design is only US $1.08 per square foot.

The Shiva Series
is designed using the Aswani star for setting up the correct Vaastu dimensions.

The Vishnu Series
is designed using the Revati star for setting up the correct Vaastu dimensions.

In development now are plans more suited for western homeowners. These feature the same attention to detail for a fully complient Vastu house design. These plans will include features customary in homes in the US, Canada & Europe, which are not commonly found in Indian homes, such as attached garages, laundry rooms, utility areas, mud rooms, and so forth.

Vaastu structures are designed to be resonant with earth and cosmic energies.
The exact proportions, orientation, dimensions, entry and room locations are very important. These houses are designed to be excellent in all aspects. Most important, the dimensions have been determined by aligning the home with the star of Lord Shiva or Lord Vishnu. This assigned birth star of the house creates a vibration, or "frequency," that is conducive for all good effects.

When you purchase a design, you will receive:

• A fully dimensioned floor plan,
• Four fully dimensioned elevations,
• A worksheet which includes all the basic considerations that need to be followed for the construction of a Vaastu home.

Your next step will be to take your Vaastu design to a local engineer or architect for the creation of construction plans. The construction plans will give you the structural and mechanical solutions for a safe building. This is highly recommended.
