Vastu Review & Evaluation of Your Home or Apartment

Send me your house plan or apartment plan and I'll comment on the plan and orientation in terms of Vastu.

Vastu Option 1

  • Land Review
    - an initial review a plot of land
  • Please send me:
    1. plot map and orientation to true north
    2. direction of downward slope of land (if any)
    3. description of any water on or near the site:
      • what type of water is it? (pond, stream, spring, lake, river, etc)
      • how far from the proposed house site
      • what size is the body of water?
      • In the case of a river: what is location and direction of flow
    4. location and type of any outstanding landscape features,
    5. location of adjacent houses and streets (a google map link will do).
    6. location of any public buildings or other neighborhood features.
  • For plots of land the initial review may require more time after the first phase of the review. It may be that a review of the local Covenants and Restriction is needed. The fee for follow up review is $98/hour.

Vastu Option 2

  • Structure Review
    - an initial review of an existing house or proposed house plan.
  • Please send me:
    1. For proposed home
    2. All dimensioned floor plans with rooms labeled
    3. for existing buildings:
      • orientation of an existing building, ideally with true-north compass orientation
      • exact address of an existing building, ideally with a google earth or google maps street view link
    4. for planned construction
      • exact desired orientation
      • exact location, ideally with a google earth link or google street maps view link

Option 1: $98 per plan for site plan or floor plan.

Notes:

  • The fee for this review covers only a preliminary survey of the house or site.
  • Usually, some comment can be made by me that is constructive for the owner.
  • However, it is entirely possible that further consultations will be necessary to conclusively clarify the Vastu conditions of the project.
  • This initial fee is to reserve and pay for a 15 to 20 minute slot of consultation time only.
